At this time we are not accepting orders outside of the United States.
For U.S. addresses, items shipped standard will arrive in about one week to ten business days.
Please be aware that due to the handcrafted nature of our products, many are limited in quantity and availability. If for this reason we cannot ship the item you originally ordered, call 1-800-966-7953 and we will assist you by suggesting similar products. Your credit card will not be charged until we confirm the product’s availability.

You can also pay for your order using an Extraordinary gift certificate. If your gift certificate does not cover the amount of your purchase, you’ll need to enter an additional gift certificate or valid credit card. If your purchase is less than the value of the gift certificate(s), the remainder of the value of the certificate will be left in your account for later use.
Rush Orders
There will be an additional charge of $15.00 for rush orders.
Items will arrive in three business days when ordered before 6pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Gift Wrapping
When you shop at extraordinaryny.com, all gift wrapping is free. All items are wrapped in a copper metallic box with an ivory ribbon and bow. Please specify on your order that you require gift wrapping.
