Extraordinary NY. Inc. consists of a retail outlet in New York and an online store. All the items are handpicked by our owner and CEO J.R. Sanders, with a keen eye and years of museum design experience. He chooses only the finest items for their excellent design, fine craftsmanship and the quality materials used in their production. Our selection of hand carved wood vases and bowls, metal candleholders, unusual picture frames, hand painted boxes and lacquered trays, all reflect good design sensibility. We maintain a constantly changing inventory, while continuing to keep available our most classic items. Many of our products are designed and made exclusively for Extraordinary by artisans from around the world. Although most of our items range in price from $15 to $300, nothing is included that doesn't reflect good taste.

Our mission is to seek out new, unusual and difficult to find items from around the world. Before any item is selected it must pass several strict criteria to ensure its presence will complement the particular environment in which it is placed. Our continuing mission is to design and manufacture more and more of our own original product ideas to the exacting specifications and needs of our clientele.
